Offering a unique sailing experience that promotes teamwork, coordination, and healthy competition.
Participants become crew members of sailboats, taking on specific roles such as helmsman, sail handlers, and race strategists.
Anti-seasickness tablets are provided to minimize risk and ensure a comfortable experience. Additionally, each team receives basic navigation instructions and a properly sized sailboat.
The main goal is for teams to complete the regatta course in the shortest time possible, applying learned navigation techniques. They are expected to demonstrate teamwork and strategy skills to achieve victory.
Safety standards and regatta rules are established, including proper navigation between buoys and adherence to competition rules. Additionally, the importance of coordination and communication onboard is emphasized.
Evaluation is based on the total regatta time and effective application of team strategies. Winning teams are rewarded during the awards ceremony.
Participants develop teamwork, coordination, leadership, and communication skills while taking on specific roles onboard the sailboat. Strategy and adaptability are key to overcoming the challenges of the regatta.
