For the organizer, the goal is to promote creativity, collaboration, and environmental awareness among participants. The aim is for teams to work together to create a unique work of art using recycled materials, thus fostering sustainability and teamwork.
Participants become artists of recycled materials, using their creativity and imagination to create a unique and original piece of art as part of a collaborative team. They are provided with a variety of recycled materials and discarded everyday objects, as well as basic tools to work on their artistic creations.
The main objective is for each team to manufacture a part of the artwork using recycled materials, which will then all be joined together at the end to form a large sculpture of recycled art. The goal is to enhance the creativity, collaboration, and environmental awareness of the participants.
Clear rules are established for the handling of recycled materials and waste, as well as safety standards for teamwork. Respect for the environment and collaboration among team members are encouraged. Teams are evaluated based on the originality, creativity, and quality of their part of the artwork, as well as their ability to work together effectively. Joint effort and each team's contribution to the creation of the final sculpture are valued.
Creativity, teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills are required to succeed in creating the recycled artwork. Participants work together collaboratively, leveraging the individual strengths of each team member to achieve an impressive final result.
