"Discover the city while strengthening team spirit"
For the organizer, the goal is to provide participants with an exciting and fun experience that allows them to discover the charms of the city while strengthening team bonds. The aim is to encourage collaboration, communication, and teamwork as participants compete in a series of challenges and clues in an urban environment.
Participants become authentic urban explorers, working in teams to overcome challenges, solve clues, and discover iconic places in the city.
Each team receives a backpack with a complete explorer kit, including detailed documentation with questions and challenges to overcome, a detailed map of the city, and any other materials needed to complete the gymkhana.
The main objective is to reach the finish line as quickly as possible, without exceeding the stipulated time for the event, while completing a series of challenges and clues at different points in the city. The goal is to encourage cooperation, creativity, and teamwork in problem-solving.
Clear and safe rules are established to ensure fairness and the safety of all participants. Teams are encouraged to respect traffic rules and to interact in a friendly manner with locals during the event.
Teams are evaluated based on their ability to complete the assigned challenges and clues, as well as their total completion time. Creativity, collaboration, and the team's effectiveness in problem-solving are valued.
Skills required include orientation, communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and creativity to succeed in the gymkhana. Participants must be prepared to work together, think quickly, and adapt to different situations while exploring the city and competing in the event.
