"Create your company's anthem and make history together!"
The goal is to provide participants with a unique team-building experience where they work together to create a song that reflects the values and essence of the company, strengthening the sense of belonging and collaboration.
Participants become composers and songwriters, collaborating to create the company's corporate anthem.
All necessary materials for musical composition are provided, including computers with music production software, virtual instruments, MIDI keyboards, microphones, and recording equipment.
The main objective is to work as a team to compose, produce, and record a song that represents the company's values and culture.
Collaboration and mutual respect rules are established during the creative process, encouraging equal participation and consensus in musical decisions.
Teams are evaluated based on the originality, cohesion, and musical quality of the created song, as well as the effectiveness of their teamwork and collaboration.
Creativity, teamwork, communication, and musical collaboration skills are required. Participants must collaborate effectively to create a memorable song that authentically represents the company.
