The goal for the organizer is to stimulate the participants' creativity and foster the generation of innovative ideas that can be applied in the workplace. The aim is to inspire participants to think differently and bring new perspectives to the company's challenges.
Participants become creativity explorers, learning and practicing techniques to unleash their creative potential and generate innovative ideas.
Basic materials are provided for creativity exercises, such as paper, pencils, markers, and any other material necessary to carry out the activities.
The main objective is to explore creativity techniques beyond the traditional brainstorming, to discover and develop interesting and viable ideas that can be applied in the workplace. At the end of the event, the most promising ideas are selected for implementation.
Rules are established to foster an environment of mutual respect and collaboration during the creativity workshop. Participants are encouraged to express their ideas freely and to listen to others' ideas without judgment.
It is not a competition between teams, but rather a process of collaboration and creative exploration. However, at the end of the event, the generated ideas are evaluated, and those considered most relevant and viable for implementation are selected.
Skills such as lateral thinking, mental flexibility, the ability to connect seemingly unrelated ideas, and a willingness to explore new perspectives are required. Additionally, effective communication and the ability to work as a team are encouraged to maximize each participant's creative potential.
