Unleash Your Inner Chef: Dive Into the World of Paella Making!
The goal is to offer participants a unique and enjoyable culinary experience by teaching them how to cook the famous Spanish paella, fostering teamwork and camaraderie while they enjoy the preparation and tasting of this iconic dish.
Participants become amateur chefs, excited for the opportunity to learn how to cook authentic Spanish paella and compete in a friendly culinary challenge. Participants are provided with an authentic paella recipe, a budget allocated for ingredient purchases, and access to an exclusive market or a setup by the company with fresh ingredients.
Their goal is to work as a team to plan, purchase ingredients, cook, and present their own version of Spanish paella, participating in a paella competition with the opportunity to add extras such as salads, desserts, wine, and water.
Hygiene and food safety standards are established to ensure the quality and safety of the prepared dishes, as well as to maintain an atmosphere of respect and cooperation among teams. Teams are evaluated based on the presentation, flavor, and authenticity of their paella, as well as their ability to work together and follow the recipe instructions.
Basic culinary skills, teamwork, effective communication, and creativity are required to succeed in the challenge of cooking the best paella in the Cooking Team.
