Para el organizador, el objetivo es ofrecer a los participantes una experiencia emocionante y divertida que les permita descubrir los encantos de la ciudad a la vez que fortalecen los vínculos de equipo. El objetivo es fomentar la colaboración, la comunicación y el trabajo en equipo a medida que los participantes compiten en una serie de desafíos y pistas en un entorno urbano.
Los participantes se convierten en auténticos exploradores urbanos, trabajando en equipo para superar desafíos, resolver pistas y descubrir lugares icónicos de la ciudad.
Cada equipo recibe una mochila con un kit de explorador completo, que incluye documentación detallada con preguntas y retos a superar, un mapa detallado de la ciudad y cualquier otro material necesario para completar la gymkana.
El objetivo principal es llegar a la meta lo más rápido posible, sin sobrepasar el tiempo estipulado para la prueba, mientras se completan una serie de retos y pistas en diferentes puntos de la ciudad. El objetivo es fomentar la cooperación, la creatividad y el trabajo en equipo en la resolución de problemas.
Se establecen reglas claras y seguras para garantizar la equidad y la seguridad de todos los participantes. Se anima a los equipos a respetar las normas de tránsito y a interactuar de manera amistosa con los lugareños durante el evento.
Los equipos son evaluados en función de su capacidad para completar los desafíos y las pistas asignadas, así como del tiempo total empleado para completarlos. Se valora la creatividad, la colaboración y la eficacia del equipo para resolver problemas.
Las habilidades necesarias incluyen orientación, comunicación, trabajo en equipo, resolución de problemas y creatividad para tener éxito en la yincana. Los participantes deben estar preparados para trabajar en equipo, pensar con rapidez y adaptarse a diferentes situaciones mientras exploran la ciudad y compiten en el evento.
