Se invita a los participantes a desarrollar habilidades culinarias y trabajar en equipo, fomentando la creatividad y el buen gusto en la elaboración de galletas, promoviendo un ambiente competitivo amigable y colaborativo, y brindando la oportunidad de crear recuerdos y compartir momentos gratificantes.
Los participantes se convierten en equipos de panaderos, deseosos de mostrar sus habilidades culinarias y creativas. Se les proporcionan los ingredientes básicos para la masa de galletas. También se les proporcionan diversos ingredientes decorativos para que puedan personalizar sus creaciones. Tienen acceso a los utensilios de cocina y las herramientas de repostería necesarias para la tarea.
Hornean las galletas más deliciosas y creativas, pasando por varias fases que incluyen la preparación de la masa, el horneado, la decoración y el desarrollo de la receta. Deben cumplir con las normas de seguridad alimentaria, trabajar en equipo y mantener un ambiente de colaboración y respeto.
Un jurado evalúa las galletas en base a criterios como la originalidad, la presentación y la calidad de la preparación. Se valoran habilidades como la creatividad en la decoración, el buen gusto en las combinaciones de sabores y la destreza en la elaboración de galletas.
