Desde la perspectiva de la empresa organizadora, el objetivo es fomentar la colaboración, la creatividad y el trabajo en equipo entre los participantes a través de la apasionante experiencia de crear cortometrajes en equipo.
Los participantes se convierten en equipos de realización cinematográfica, asumiendo roles como guionistas, directores, actores y editores, y colaborando para crear sus cortometrajes. Se les proporciona un kit de producción que incluye una cámara, micrófonos y otros accesorios de filmación, así como materiales para la planificación y edición.
El objetivo principal es planificar, filmar y editar un cortometraje de dos minutos en un tiempo limitado, demostrando trabajo en equipo y creatividad.
Se establecen reglas para garantizar un ambiente seguro y respetuoso durante la producción de la película, así como para promover la colaboración y la participación igualitaria entre los equipos.
Los cortometrajes son evaluados en distintas categorías, como mejor película, mejor dirección, mejor interpretación y mejor montaje, por un panel de jueces. Se premia la creatividad, la originalidad y la ejecución técnica.
Se requieren habilidades de comunicación, creatividad, trabajo en equipo y toma de decisiones rápidas. Los participantes deben ser capaces de colaborar eficazmente bajo presión para producir un cortometraje de calidad en un tiempo limitado.
