Libera al chef que llevas dentro: ¡sumérgete en el mundo de la preparación de paella!
El objetivo es ofrecer a los participantes una experiencia culinaria única y placentera enseñándoles a cocinar la famosa paella española, fomentando el trabajo en equipo y la camaradería mientras disfrutan de la preparación y degustación de este plato icónico.
Los participantes se convierten en cocineros aficionados, entusiasmados por la oportunidad de aprender a cocinar auténtica paella española y competir en un desafío culinario amistoso. Los participantes reciben una receta auténtica de paella, un presupuesto asignado para la compra de ingredientes y acceso a un mercado exclusivo o a un puesto de la empresa con ingredientes frescos.
Su objetivo es trabajar en equipo para planificar, comprar ingredientes, cocinar y presentar su propia versión de la paella española, participando en una competición de paella con la oportunidad de añadir extras como ensaladas, postres, vino y agua.
Se establecen normas de higiene y seguridad alimentaria para garantizar la calidad y seguridad de los platos preparados, así como para mantener un ambiente de respeto y cooperación entre los equipos. Los equipos son evaluados en función de la presentación, el sabor y la autenticidad de su paella, así como de su capacidad para trabajar en equipo y seguir las instrucciones de la receta.
Se requieren habilidades culinarias básicas, trabajo en equipo, comunicación efectiva y creatividad para tener éxito en el desafío de cocinar la mejor paella en el Equipo de Cocina.
